We are preparing Informed Yoga group classes for people with depression or anxiety.

For those who do not know it, Informed Yoga (in mental health) is a type of yoga that recognizes different mental or emotional disorders, respects their needs and works them from the body, complementing traditional therapy and making it more effective.

Some of the benefits it brings to practitioners are:

– Relief of physical and emotional symptoms of the disorder
